Pre-employment Medicals
Riccarton Clinic is able to complete pre-employment medicals for all occupational groups to ensure specific job health standards are complied with and the authorising employer is satisfied that the applicant is ‘fit for work’.

Travel Medicine and Advice
Overseas travel can be exciting and often connected to a much needed break from work. However, it can expose you to a risk of disease unless you take precautions. Riccarton Clinic are able to offer all the common vaccinations and give travel medicine advice for your chosen destination.

Staff & Doctors
Riccarton Clinic has a large workforce and needs one to fill its roster, being open twelve hours per day and every day of the year. With twenty doctors, thirty five nurses, nine receptionists, five administrators and two managers it's a big team but one which works hard to remain approachable and friendly.

Edensleep NZ Ltd, a private sleep study provider, are now offering services from Riccarton Clinic. Sleep apnoea affects the way you breathe when you’re sleeping. If untreated, you spend more time in light sleep and less time in the deep, restorative sleep you need.

Allergy Consultations, Testing and Treatment
An allergy care service is now available from South Island Allergy Services, based at Riccarton Clinic. This service offers consultations and testing for a wide range of aero-allergens such as pollen or cat hair. Desensitisation is offered for these. Consultations can also be arranged with a visiting specialist for patients who suspect having food allergies.

An allergy care service is now available from South Island Allergy Services, based at Riccarton Clinic - for more information see their page under On Site Specialists. Testing is offered for aero and food allergens.
