Easily connect with us using the Well app and online patient portal. Patients at Riccarton Clinic can use Well to access their health records, book appointments, request prescriptions, and more.

If you are not currently using the Well app, you can now either register on your computer or you can download and register on the app.

On your computer, click here 
OR
On your mobile, download ‘Well NZ’ on the App Store or Google Play
Select ‘Create Account’ and enter the invite code: THRICC
Enter your details – these must match what we hold on file.

Once registered, you can use the same account to access the Well app and online portal.

**Please note you will receive appointment reminder if you book via the App on your mobile device, but not if you book via the web portal, we are working with the developers to rectify this.  Thank you for your patience.
